Go outside or on a treadmill or trainer. Average 3 miles a day or 10 miles a day – there are no set requirements. You can connect your trackable device to our online tracker to have your activities auto synced. You can also manually enter your mileage. If you’re planning to do it solo, 2021 miles equals 5.53 miles per day over 365 days.
